Refunds, Cancellations, and Shipping Policy for Skinify

Returns
Returns are accepted within 3 days of the purchase date for items that are damaged or incorrect. Returned items must be new and unused.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at with:
- A clear video showing the product’s defect
- Your Order ID
Once received, we will arrange a pickup within 4 business days. Upon receiving the product, a replacement will be issued within 3 business days.
Refunds
Refunds or exchanges are not available if an incorrect device was selected at the time of purchase. Please ensure your device details are correct before completing your order to avoid issues.
- No refunds are offered after orders have been shipped.
- In cases of defective products, we provide replacements only.
To Request a Replacement
Please email with a video of the defect and your Order ID. We will arrange a pickup within 4 business days, and upon receipt, a replacement will be sent within 3 business days.
Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 24-48 hours. Tracking links will be provided via email and SMS once your order is shipped.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may cancel your order before it is shipped by visiting the “My Account” page on our website.
